Furthermore, Mafioso agrees not to make use of any icons, graphics, information, or data from The mobster gods without the prior written consent from The mobster gods, except banners created for the specific purpose of advertising The mobster gods and labled so.
Mafioso agrees to indemnify The mobster gods against liability for any and all use of Mafioso’s account.
